Terms of service
These terms govern your use of ActionTraderPro. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if something here is unclear, ask us before you agree to it.
Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
This text is written around how the product actually works, but it has not been through legal review and everything in [square brackets] still has to be filled in. Do not publish it as binding terms until both are done.
1. Who you are contracting with
ActionTraderPro is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COUNTRY], company number [COMPANY NUMBER] (“we”, “us”, the “platform”).
By creating an account, connecting an exchange or activating a strategy you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
2. What the service is — and what it is not
The platform executes trading strategies on an exchange account that belongs to you, using an API key you provide, within limits you configure. It measures what those strategies did and shows you the result.
We never take custody of your trading funds. There is no deposit, and no balance of yours that we hold for trading. The one balance we do hold is a trader's earnings from selling signals, and only if you choose to sell signals.
Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. We do not know your circumstances and we do not assess whether any strategy is suitable for you. Published metrics describe trades that already closed; they are not a forecast and not a promise.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this contract where you live. You must not use the platform where doing so breaks local law, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself, keep two-step verification switched on, and tell us immediately at support@actiontraderpro.com if you think someone else has access.
We may ask you to verify your email address and phone number. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse or a security incident.
4. Your exchange connection and API keys
You connect your exchange yourself, with an API key you generate. You choose what that key is allowed to do. For the platform to work it needs permission to place, manage and close orders — it does not need, and you should not grant, permission to withdraw funds.
We store your API keys encrypted and use them only to run the strategies you activated and to read the account state those strategies need. You can revoke a key at your exchange at any time, and that immediately ends our access.
Your exchange is a third party with its own terms, fees and outages. We are not responsible for their decisions: rejected orders, changed limits, delisted markets, account restrictions or downtime on their side.
5. Strategies, signals and the marketplace
A strategy is something you activate so that it trades for you. Some are published by us and some by other users. Where the signal comes from is stated on the listing.
Metrics on a listing — win rate, average ROI, max drawdown, worst losing streak and trade count — are computed by us from trades the platform executed and closed. Neither the strategy's owner nor we edit them. Strategies without enough closed history are excluded from rankings rather than shown with a flattering figure.
A strategy published by another user is their content, not ours. We do not endorse it, and past behaviour of any strategy does not bind its future behaviour.
6. Risk limits and execution
The platform applies its own risk layer — base risk per trade, phase scaling, daily and weekly drawdown cuts and a cooldown after consecutive losses — and on top of that the limits you set for each activation, including a cumulative loss cut that stays triggered until you re-arm it by hand.
These limits are applied on a best-effort basis at the moment an order is sized and sent. They cannot protect you from everything: a market can gap through a stop, an exchange can reject or delay an order, liquidity can vanish, and a position can be liquidated by your exchange before any instruction of ours arrives.
You can pause everything at any time. Stop everything pauses every strategy you have running and closes every position you have open. Nothing restarts on its own.
7. Plans, credits and payment
Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already running.
Subscriptions to individual strategies are priced by whoever owns them and billed separately from your plan. Credits are prepaid and cover usage-based charges. Credits and promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
Prices exclude any taxes that apply where you are. Trying a strategy on a simulated account is free and does not use a slot on your plan.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it clears. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected by this section — write to support@actiontraderpro.com to exercise them.
8. If you publish signals
You set the price of what you publish. Each paying subscriber generates a credit on your balance, and the platform resolves its commission on each charge. Your published track record is measured the same way everyone else's is, and you cannot edit it.
Earnings may be held for a period before they can be withdrawn, to cover refunds and chargebacks. Withdrawals are paid in USDT on BSC to an address you provide, confirmed by an email link that expires in 30 minutes and a 2FA code. An address you enter incorrectly cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else.
You are responsible for your own tax obligations on those earnings, and for having the right to publish what you publish.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the platform, do not use it to manipulate a market, do not resell access, and do not publish signals designed to harm the people who follow them.
Do not use the platform to launder money or to trade on behalf of someone who is hiding behind you. We may report activity we are legally required to report.
10. Availability
We work to keep the platform running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party failures, network conditions and events outside our reasonable control can all interrupt it.
During an interruption, strategies may not open, manage or close positions. Positions already open at your exchange remain your responsibility, and you can always act on them directly at your exchange.
11. Liability
Trading is risky and losses are a normal outcome of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the platform in the twelve months before the event that caused the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. Closing it does not close positions that are already open at your exchange — do that yourself, or use Stop everything before you go.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that creates a security or legal risk, or where we are required to. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice by email or inside the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where you live.
Questions about these terms: support@actiontraderpro.com.

- Privacy policyWhat we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you get it back or get rid of it. Written in the same plain language as the rest of the product.
- Cookie policyThis site runs on very few cookies, and none of them follow you around. Here is every one of them and what it does.
- Risk disclosureRead this one properly. It is the page that tells you what can go wrong, and the whole product is built on the idea that you should know that before you start, not after.
