Cookie policy

This site runs on very few cookies, and none of them follow you around. Here is every one of them and what it does.

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer

This text is written around how the product actually works, but it has not been through legal review and everything in [square brackets] still has to be filled in. Do not publish it as binding terms until both are done.

1. What a cookie is here

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise something on your next visit — that you are signed in, or that you prefer Spanish.

This public site does not run advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

2. The cookies this site sets

atp_lang — remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. It is set on .actiontraderpro.com so the landing and the dashboard share the same choice, which is why picking Spanish here means you land in Spanish inside the app. Lasts one year. Strictly necessary for the language you asked for.

The dashboard at dash.actiontraderpro.com additionally sets a session cookie once you sign in, which keeps you signed in and is strictly necessary. It is described here because it shares the parent domain.

[ANY ANALYTICS COOKIE — confirm before publishing. If analytics are added, list the name, provider, purpose and lifetime here, and gate them behind consent.]

3. How to control them

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the language cookie means the site will not remember your choice between visits; blocking the dashboard's session cookie means you cannot stay signed in.

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, it will be asked for and it will be off until you say yes.
